Unlonely.Life (“Unlonely”) is a text-only therapy service app. It is a private conversation between you and a certified therapist.  Unlonely is a place where you and your therapist can share questions, feelings, troubling situations, and emotions. It is a safe place to talk via text in a secure, private location, at a time that is convenient to you.

Unlonely is a platform to enable personal outreach to a certified therapist who will listen and provide guidance, while assisting you in your quest for answers and direction.

Unlonely is subscription-based mental health counseling platform, where counseling services are offered via text messaging.  Customers can send unlimited text messages to certified therapists who will respond to all messages in a reasonable time.

Currently, our platform only offers services in the English language.       

Unlonely is available to anyone 18 years of age and older in the state of Florida and Illinois.

Our primary goal is to build and maintain the Unlonely technology platform to provide a private and secure user experience to Unlonely customers. We onboard experienced therapists to provide mental health counseling services via the Unlonely platform.

These providers are not employees of Unlonely. Our website and mobile app do not oversee the certified therapists professionally and/or intervene in their clinical judgment. We affiliate with certified therapists who communicate with users and strive to understand each user’s  condition, while providing mental health counseling services. Unlonely team members manage payments and customer support, to provide uninterrupted service during business hours.

We offer an affordable weekly plan of $30 per week. Our plan offers recurring subscriptions billed weekly.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Unlonely services.

No, the android version is not available at this time. Currently, Unlonely is only available on Apple devices in the app store.

Yes, our therapists are licensed and highly skilled. They have been certified by the appropriate state licensing and professional board. We provide affordable care with high-quality clinical expertise by licensed therapists.

Once all documentation has been submitted by any provider who wants to join the Unlonely platform, our team verifies all required licenses to perform mental health services and proof of identity. We also evaluate their previous experience by conducting a thorough interview. We then cross-check their licensure information with their respective state licensing board.

After completion of the intake form, sign-up process, and payment, our system will assign you the right therapist based on your conditions and needs. It may take a few hours depending on the therapist’s availability. Once the therapist is assigned, you may begin to communicate one on one through the secure chat messaging option. Based on the availability during the day, the therapist will respond to you through our secured platform in a reasonable time.

Our platform provides counseling services through our secured chat option. Currently, we do not provide phone and video call consultation.

Yes.  You can send messages anytime. Our therapists respond to messages as soon as possible, which typically means that you can expect to receive a response within a couple of hours (but often much sooner). Since Unlonely is based in Florida and Illinois, our therapists are generally available to respond to text messages between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (EST), 7 days a week. Authorized Providers will respond to service requests within two (2) hours if the service request is made between  8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Service requests made after 4:00 pm may receive responses on the following business day; however, Authorized Providers will make best efforts to respond to service requests within two (2) hours regardless of the time. 

Yes. Once we assigned you a therapist, and while your subscription is valid you will be responded to through the same therapist. If you wish to cancel or request a change in therapist, please reach out to us at info@unlonely.life.

Our therapists respond to messages as soon as possible, which typically means that clients can expect to receive a response within a couple of hours (but often much sooner). Since Unlonely App, Inc. is based in Florida and Illinois, our therapists are generally available to respond to text messages between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (EST), 7 days a week.

Once you subscribe for a week, you will not receive a refund. However, in some cases, we will review and grant refund requests.  Also if you would like to cancel or stop the service you can opt-out of the weekly subscription.

Unlonely services are cash only and we do not accept any insurance at this time.

To use the unlonely service, you must be 18 years of age or older. Our services are not available for minors.

Our licensed mental health therapists only provide counseling services, they do not prescribe any medications to their patients.
